Terms & Condition :
1. Tickets will be officially available for sale via URBTIX starting from 15th September 2025.
2. Wheelchair-accessible tickets will be official available for sale via URBTIX from 15th September 2025.
3. A buyer handling fee of HK$18 will be charged for each successfully purchased ticket.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Customers must ensure that the email address is accurate. The confirmation can also be downloaded from the purchaser’s POPTICKET account under "Order History".
5. One person per ticket regardless of age. Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.
6. On the performance day, audience members must present the confirmation e-ticket at the organizer’s reception counter (nearby the entrance of Ko Shan Theatre New Wing Auditorium) to redeem a physical ticket.
7. Ticket holders must present their e-ticket for inspection upon request by venue staff.
8. Concessionary ticket holders must present valid proof of eligibility to be admitted.
9. The venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers and determine the time and manner of their admission.
10. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
11. The presenter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and/or make changes to the program, seat numbers, and audience capacity.
12. All tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, House Rules, and special conditions (if any) set by the presenter. Details are available or displayed on the POPTICKET website/mobile app, and/or announced by the presenter.
13. A ticket holder may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been deleted, altered, or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
14. The presenter and POPTICKET reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the presenter and POPTICKET shall be final.
