The Ten-year Dream

Yeung Yuet, a general of Sui, leads an army to conquer the Chen. The princess of Chen, Lok Cheung, senses the inevitable, hence farewells her husband, Chui Dak-yin. She gives him a half of a broken mirror as a pledge, and helps him flee by charming Yeung Yuet. Yeung Yuet knows her trick but he respects her and allows her to disguise as his wife who has passed away to save her. Yeung’s mother and sister both love Lok Cheung and happily accept her and her son.

Ten years has passed. Just when Lok Cheung starts to settle with her new life, Chui Dak-yin, her long lost husband finds her half of the broken mirror in a market, and knows the shocking truth of her marrying to someone else. Infuriated, he searches for his wife…
